We are currently in-network with several insurance providers and are actively working to expand our in-network providers.

We aim to provide the highest level of individualized and confidential care to anyone and everyone. Patients may choose to see our provider using their out-of-network benefits or by paying directly for care. If you choose to pay directly, our self-pay rates apply and can be found in our consent for services information during the new-patient on-boarding process. Please contact us for any additional information you may have.

Upon arrival for your appointment, please let the front desk know you have arrived and we will meet you in the lobby
