Post-Partum Depression
The Emotional Numbness:
Feeling detached from your baby or struggling to feel joy in motherhood.
The Overwhelming Sadness:
Unexpected tears that linger, or a hopelessness that doesn’t seem to lift.
The Constant Guilt:
Thoughts that say you’re “not good enough” or compare you to others.
The Restless Worry:
Anxiety or fear about your baby’s well-being or your ability to cope.
The Exhaustion:
Feeling mentally and physically drained, even with rest or sleep.
Postpartum depression can feel like a quiet storm that moves in after the joy of new life — unexpected, heavy, and hard to put into words. You may feel distant from yourself, your baby, or the excitement you thought you’d have. Please know: this is not your fault, and you are not alone. With time, care, and support, healing is entirely possible.
If you are experiencing any of the following, there is a way forward toward peace, presence, and renewed connection.
My role is to help you find your footing again — to gently guide you back to yourself while supporting the bond between you and your baby. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that honors your experience and fosters strength, compassion, and hope.
